Junior Flutter Developer

Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with Business Analysts from the design phase specifically in formulating user interface and database structure to meet business requirements.
- Analyze project specifications, identify specific tasks and provide respective completion estimates to come up with a comprehensive project timeline.
- Does programming and unit testing of applications written in Nativescript-Vue/Flutter or native programming in Android or IOS
- Fix system bugs and issues identified by Quality Assurance (QA) Team and End-Users (EU)
- Take the lead in systems implementation
- Train and assist the EU.
- Develop an application with a security-compliant design and data safety in mind
- Render application support by attending to EU queries.
- Attend documented requests for data extraction making sure that proper approval is in place prior to sending the requested information.
- Renders on-call system support in cases of technical emergencies such as when system is unavailable or specific EU is unable to execute function due to system glitches or show-stopping issues.
- Log support details performed such as details of issue, resolution date/time in the system support portal.
- Graduate of IT related course;
- Experience preferably with mobile app programming such as Java or Kotlin for Android and Objective-C or Swift for IOS
- Knowledge in related mobile app hybrid frameworks Nativescript-Vue or Flutter
- Proficiency in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles ensures visually appealing and user-friendly apps.
- Strong knowledge with database management using MySQL and caching technologies like Redis.
- Experienced in API integrations using REST or SOAP. Knowledgeable in API testing tools such as SOAP UI, Postman;
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and the online repository Bitbucket.
- A good team player with knowledge on version control software implementations;
- Active Listener - gives full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times;
- Speaking - Talking to others to convey information effectively
