Schedule: Morning shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize application code and/or APIs for efficiency, scalability, and performance, ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, is secured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
• Directs and performs production updates and fixes.
• Collaborate with other team members and business analysts and ensure the project is consistent with architectural standards and design.
• Involved throughout the application development lifecycle from design, development, and release.
• Work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.
• Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Supports and develops software engineers by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities.
• Document development procedures, specifications, designs, and phases.
• Provides feedback on project status and technical guidance to managers on issues of critical importance to achieving business objectives.
• Lead a team and review team member performance. Build up the right capabilities and people, equip them with the skills, tools, and standard approaches to deliver functional excellence, and ensure that they are deployed to value-creation opportunities.
• Responsible for building a “capability” to support a value-creation line: shepherding people along their career paths; and building standard tools, methods, and ways of working in collaboration with the Chapters and the Tribe Leaders.
• Coach and develop his or her people, but without traditional direct oversight(micro-managing).

• 8+ years solid experience developing applications
• Experience in developing or maintaining invoicing, billing, or financial systems, particularly those involving transaction processing, tax computations, or payment integration - is considered a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite APIs or system integration is preferred.
• Experience working with AI technologies is a plus.
• Capable to lead a team with strong leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Great communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt to new teams, technical environments, and project requirements
• Experienced with all ancillary technologies necessary for Internet applications: HTTP, TCP/IP, POP/SMTP, etc.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server database.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with software development methodologies.
• Required experience using the following tech stack:
• Backend - PHP, Lumen, Laravel
• Frontend - Angular, Bootstrap, Material Design
• Database - MySQL 8.0.34+, RDS (AWS)
• CI/CD - GitHub Actions
• AWS ECS, RDS
• Familiarity with Docker, ECS service management
• Version Control - GitLab / GitHub (Git best practices expected)
• Workflow Technology (Lonti Martini or any workflow tech)
