Key Responsibilities- Lead and facilitate discovery calls with clients to understand their needs and identify tailored solutions
- Oversee daily operations and ensure team performance aligns with client expectations and deadlines
- Drive lead generation initiatives to support business growth
- Manage and maintain CRM systems for effective tracking, reporting, and client engagement
- Conduct regular team performance reviews and address any issues or development needs
- Monitor business financials, including sales and expenses, to support informed decision-making
- What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in operations and people management
- Solid background in digital marketing strategy and implementation
- Proficient in using CRM tools to manage clients and internal workflows
- Strong understanding of financial statements and general business reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with accounting platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
