WFH Australian Company- Operations Manager

• Lead and facilitate discovery calls with clients to understand their needs and identify tailored solutions
• Oversee daily operations and ensure team performance aligns with client expectations and deadlines
• Drive lead generation initiatives to support business growth
• Manage and maintain CRM systems for effective tracking, reporting, and client engagement
• Conduct regular team performance reviews and address any issues or development needs
• Monitor business financials, including sales and expenses, to support informed decision-making
• What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in operations and people management
• Solid background in digital marketing strategy and implementation
• Proficient in using CRM tools to manage clients and internal workflows
• Strong understanding of financial statements and general business reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with accounting platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
