Ensure accuracy in financial records through data entry and record-keeping;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Support in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports;
- Create journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger reconciliation;
- And monitor lapsing schedule and amortization schedule.
Job Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any equivalent courses;
- Preferably with 2 years of work experience in Accounting, Finance or Bookkeeping. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply;
- Familiarity with accounting principles and procedures;
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and other departments;
- And willing to report 100% onsite in Banawe, Quezon City
