Job Summary

You will also help build strong customer relationships while contributing to the achievement of the company's sales and marketing goals.

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through phone, email, social media, and other communication channels.
• Provide product information, quotations, pricing, and recommendations based on customer requirements.
• Follow up on sales leads and existing clients to support business growth.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
• Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Create basic marketing materials using pictures and video editing applications.
• Assist in capturing picture and videos of products, projects, and company activities.
• Monitor social media accounts and respond to customer messages in a timely manner.
• Prepare reports and perform other marketing-related administrative tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer service, digital marketing, or related roles is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Basic video editing skills using editing software or mobile applications.
• Knowledge of basic photography and videography is an advantage.
• Creative mindset with the ability to contribute marketing ideas.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn new marketing tools, trends, and technologies.

• Flexible working hours based on operational requirements.
