Marketing Assistant

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Accounting, or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in administrative work, documentation processing, or coordination work in an advantage
• Background in sales support, accounting assistant, or marketing assistant roles is an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Validate and review trade and customer claims (promo rebates, incentives, marketing support), ensuring completeness of documents, accuracy of computations, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and dealers to clarify discrepancies and follow up on incomplete submissions.
• Monitor claim submission deadlines and prepare summaries or status reports of pending and approved claims.

• Maintain and update marketing databases including customer records, dealer lists, price monitoring files, and program trackers.
• Consolidate field reports, activity documentation, and images for internal reporting.
• Perform basic data encoding, filing, and records management (digital and hardcopy).

• Assist in preparing marketing documents such as program forms, claim templates, accreditation forms, and reports.
• Support the execution of marketing activities including dealer events, product launches, trainings, and activations.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing materials, giveaways, and collaterals (printing, packing, and distribution).

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing team as needed.
