• Review and approve reconciliation accounts with high accuracy
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, intercompany accounts, and balance sheets
• Perform month-end activities, including preparing and uploading journal entries
• Review and investigate reconciliation variances, ensuring timely resolution
• Maintain detailed records of reconciliations and adjustments
• Identify opportunities to streamline reconciliation processes and improve efficiency
• Manage and clear open items, proactively communicating with stakeholders on aged items
• Ensure compliance and precision in all reconciliation activities

• Completed 4-year degree in Accounting or any Accounting/Finance course
• CPA license is an advantage but not required
• 2–6 years of direct experience in reconciliation, balance sheets, and journal entry posting
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Amenable to a hybrid work set-up in BGC, Taguig
• Flexibility to work any shift, including North American shift
