What is the job?

The FP&A Manager is responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Build models for strategic planning, ROI, and scenario analysis.
• Analyze performance, variances, and provide leadership insights.
• Collaborate across Sales, Ops, and IT to align strategy and reporting.
• Manage commissions, pipeline reporting, and prequalification analysis.
• Drive automation, process improvements, and deliver leadership reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years progressive accounting/financial analysis, ideally in leadership.
• Skilled in ERP/analytics tools (NetSuite, Power BI) and GAAP processes.
• Strong in reporting, variance analysis, and financial close.
• Effective collaborator across Finance, Sales, IT, and Operations.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and clear communicator with leadership presence.
