Service Technician (Printer Technician)

Location: Binondo, Manila

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Service Technician (Printer Technician) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing various printer models while ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot printer issues.
• Repair and maintain laser, inkjet, and multifunction printers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Install and configure printers for clients.
• Prepare service reports and document repair activities.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests.
• Follow company safety and service standards.

• Technical/Vocational Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Information Technology, or any related course.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in printer repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, or field service.
• Knowledgeable in diagnosing and repairing laser, inkjet, and multifunction printers.
• Familiar with printer hardware components and basic networking is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to be assigned in Binondo, Manila.
• Can start ASAP.
