The Administrative Intern will support the Executive Assistant in her daily office operations. Responsibilities include maintaining and organizing digital and physical files, accurately managing data, assisting with expense reporting, and providing comprehensive meeting preparation.

Responsibilities:

  • Office Organization: Maintain organized digital and physical files.
  • Data Management: Accurately enter and manage data in various systems.
  • Expense Reporting: Summarize and prepare event/meeting expenses.
  • Meeting Support: Assist with all aspects of meeting preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Graduating student of Office Administration, Secretarial Administration, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Can render at least 400 hours of internship
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with online tools
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
  • Willing to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work onsite from Mondays to Fridays in Bagumbayan, Taguig
