- C-Level Executives (CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, etc.)
- 5+ years of executive search or leadership recruitment experience.
- Proven experience in headhunting and passive candidate sourcing.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
- Ability to manage confidential searches with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience working with executive search firms, in-house executive recruitment, or RPO environments is an advantage.
