Qualifications
  • 5+ years of executive search or leadership recruitment experience.
  • Proven experience in headhunting and passive candidate sourcing.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential searches with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience working with executive search firms, in-house executive recruitment, or RPO environments is an advantage.
