Job Description

As the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and output of the FP&A team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial reports and insights. You will play a key leadership role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making across the business.

• Lead and manage the FP&A team to deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis.
• Monitor key performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement in processes and deliverables.
• Review and approve all team outputs; provide guidance on special cases or complex issues.
• Prepare and present financial performance reports to senior management.
• Conduct variance analysis and offer insights and recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
• Manage month-end reporting processes and support the annual budgeting cycle.
• Drive enhancements in financial systems, tools, and processes.
• Handle ad hoc analysis, special projects, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure alignment with the company’s core values, strategic direction, and standards.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 6–8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting.
• Amenable to work night shift

Technical Skills:

• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with financial systems such as Sage Intacct, DOMO, Planful, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
