About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Store Assistant Manager to join the team across our International retail brand located in Calabarzon, including Nuvali, Evo City, and Festival Mall. This is a full-time position with a shifting schedule, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your retail management career within a dynamic consumer products environment.

As Store Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting store operations, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. This position sits at the heart of our retail operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key responsibilities
  • Supporting the Store Manager in the daily operations and management of the retail store
  • Overseeing staff scheduling, training, and performance management to maintain high service standards
  • Ensuring the store environment is clean, well-organised, and visually appealing at all times
  • Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management and ordering procedures
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer enquiries and complaints professionally
  • Supporting the implementation of promotional campaigns and visual merchandising initiatives
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures
  • Contributing to sales growth through effective floor presence and customer engagement
  • Assisting with cash handling, point-of-sale operations, and financial reconciliation
  • Reporting on store performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role within the retail and consumer products sector
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities with the capacity to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail management software
  • Knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Flexibility to work shifting schedules, including weekends and public holidays as required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results
  • Relevant retail qualifications or certifications are advantageous
