Job Responsibilities:

 I.  Facilities Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repair of office premises and facilities.
  • Manage facility services such as cleaning, security, utilities, waste disposal, and parking.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.
  • Ensure facilities comply with government regulations (e.g., PEZA, BFP, LGU requirements).
  • Lead space planning and office fit-out projects when needed.
  • Manage facility vendor contracts (e.g., technical, housekeeping, security).

II. Administration:

  • Manage administrative staff including outsourced technical, housekeeping, and security personnel
  • Oversee procurement and inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage administrative budgets and monitor expenditures.
  • Administratively support company events, travels and meetings logistics when needed
  • Ensure PEZA and LGU related documentation, licenses, permits pertaining to facilities are properly recorded and renewed.

III. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):

  • Support, implement and monitor workplace safety programs, fire drills, and emergency response protocols.
  • Support occupational health and safety compliance according to Philippine laws and best practices.

IV. Sustainability Initiatives:

  • Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainable office practices.
  • Support company ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities management & administration,
  • Knowledge of Philippine building codes, occupational safety, and local regulatory compliance.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Preferred:

  • Certification in Facilities Management is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ISO 22001, ISO 27001 and HITRUST standards.
