Job Responsibilities:
I. Facilities Management:- Oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repair of office premises and facilities.
- Manage facility services such as cleaning, security, utilities, waste disposal, and parking.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.
- Ensure facilities comply with government regulations (e.g., PEZA, BFP, LGU requirements).
- Lead space planning and office fit-out projects when needed.
- Manage facility vendor contracts (e.g., technical, housekeeping, security).
II. Administration:
- Manage administrative staff including outsourced technical, housekeeping, and security personnel
- Oversee procurement and inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
- Manage administrative budgets and monitor expenditures.
- Administratively support company events, travels and meetings logistics when needed
- Ensure PEZA and LGU related documentation, licenses, permits pertaining to facilities are properly recorded and renewed.
III. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
- Support, implement and monitor workplace safety programs, fire drills, and emergency response protocols.
- Support occupational health and safety compliance according to Philippine laws and best practices.
IV. Sustainability Initiatives:
- Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainable office practices.
- Support company ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in facilities management & administration,
- Knowledge of Philippine building codes, occupational safety, and local regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred:
- Certification in Facilities Management is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO 22001, ISO 27001 and HITRUST standards.
