Job Summary:
The role ensures smooth workflow by maintaining accurate records, updating inventory logs, and providing timely support to the technical, sales, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to schedule deliveries and site visits
- Manage and maintain an organized filing system for materials and documents.
- Update paperwork, maintain physical and digital records, and assist with word processing tasks.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
