This role involves end to end cycle of product development, from product acquisition/sourcing, planning, conceptualization, research, collaboration with cross functional teams, execution, monitoring, and product launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze data to drive product decisions and strategy.

• Assist in developing product roadmaps and strategies to meet company objectives.
• Define key product features and specifications based on market needs.

• Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and design teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders.

• Oversee the product development process, ensuring timely execution.
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements.

• Provide product knowledge and support to the sales and marketing teams.
• Assist in the creation of promotional materials and campaigns.

• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
• Make data-driven recommendations for product improvements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a similar role (preferably in retail, technology, or consumer electronics).
• Skills Required:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of market research techniques.
• Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
