Operations Intern
About the Role
We’re looking for a Startup Operations Intern to join our team as we build from the ground up. We’re an early-stage SaaS startup in foundation-building mode, which means this role goes way beyond admin support. You’ll be part of the messy, exciting stage of startup life where systems are still being built, processes are still being shaped, and everyone plays a hands-on role in making things happen.
If you’re curious, resourceful, organized, and excited by the idea of helping build a company before it fully scales, this role will give you real exposure to startup culture in action.
What You’ll Do- Help build and organize internal processes, systems, and workflows as the company lays its foundations
- Support day-to-day operations across different areas of the business, from coordination and documentation to research and execution
- Assist in creating trackers, templates, decks, and internal materials that help the team stay aligned and move faster
- Conduct research on potential clients, merchants, partners, tools, and market opportunities
- Support outreach and coordination with external stakeholders such as prospective clients, merchant partners, and collaborators
- Work closely with the team on cross-functional projects, helping wherever needed in true startup fashion
- Spot inefficiencies, suggest smarter ways of working, and help turn loose ideas into structured processes
- Jump into different tasks as priorities shift. In a startup, adaptability is everything
- For currently enrolled in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Psychology, or a related course
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, but also flexible when things move quickly
- Strong communication skills, especially in dealing with different people and stakeholders
- Confident using Google Workspace, and digital productivity tools
- Comfortable with research, coordination, and handling multiple moving parts at once
- Proactive, dependable, and willing to take initiative even with minimal structure
- Interested in startups, tech, operations, partnerships, and building things from zero
- Excited by the idea of wearing many hats and learning by doing
