Job Summary
The Loan Processor is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of loan applications, ensuring compliance with cooperative policies, KYC requirements, and regulatory standards. This role serves as a key point of contact for members, providing guidance on loan products while supporting risk management and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Process and review loan applications for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility
- Conduct Know Your Client (KYC) procedures and verify borrower information
- Validate identification, income documents, collateral, and supporting records
- Perform initial credit investigation and prepare CI/BI reports
- Coordinate with concerned offices for loan approval and documentation
- Maintain organised and complete loan files (physical and electronic)
- Monitor loan amortisation, payments, and assist in resolving delinquency issues
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly loan and aging reports
- Assist in marketing and promotion of loan products and services
- Graduate of any 4-year business-related course
- Preferably and with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
