Project Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists the Senior Project Manager in the supervision of the assigned project;
- Monitors and assures that project is constructed in accordance with plans and specifications;
- Directly responsible in the implementation of all structural and architectural requirements;
- Implements safety standards for construction in accordance to industry practices;
- Prepares billing certifications or endorsements;
- Evaluates and prepares change orders or claims for approval;
- Prepares and monitors owner supplied materials requirements;
- Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time;
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect.
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
- Ability to respond to correspondence. Proper filing/ close out documents.
- Monday to Friday schedule
