Laboratory Salesperson

LABORATORY SALESPERSON

Qualifications:

1. A graduate in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biology or a related technical or science-based field.
2. Preferably experienced in technical sales or client servicing, in environmental testing , laboratory services, or the water and wastewater sector.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical services clearly to clients and negotiate effectively.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Promote laboratory services to potential and existing clients in the water and wastewater industry.
2. Identify customer testing needs and recommend appropriate services based on method scope and accreditation.
3. Prepare and deliver technical quotations , proposals and service agreements.
4. Coordinate with Laboratory management to ensure feasibility or requested services , including turnaround times and resource availability.
5. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries , service clarifications , and sampling arrangements.
6. Maintain accurate records of clients communication , quotations and follow -ups.
7. Support resolution of client concerns in coordination with quality and technical personnel.
8. Monitor industry trends and contribute to achieving sales goals and business development initiatives.
