About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic team at MANILA BANKERS ASSURANCE'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our company's social media presence, helping us to engage with our customers and drive brand awareness.

The position is based in our Makati City Metro Manila office.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage and maintain our company's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to increase brand visibility and follower engagement
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our overall business objectives
  • Analyse social media metrics and provide insightful reports to help inform content planning and optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
What We're Looking For
  • 1 year of experience in social media management, preferably in the financial services or media industry
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and on-brand content
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and effective content strategies
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Creativity and a keen eye for design, with the ability to create visually appealing and on-brand graphics
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills to juggle multiple social media accounts and campaigns
