1. Responsible for the entire process of creating and improving products, from initial concept to market launch.
2. Bridge the gap between customer needs, market demands, and technical feasibility, working with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
3. Conducting market research, identifying customer needs, and generating product ideas.
4. Creating product designs, building prototypes, and testing their functionality and appeal.
5. Managing timelines, budgets, and resources to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
6. Staying informed about market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
7. Effectively communicating product development progress to stakeholders and presenting findings.

1. Excellent in verbal and written communication in Mandarin Language.
2. Knowledge of product design principles, manufacturing processes, and relevant technologies.
3. Ability to analyze market data, customer feedback, and technical specifications.
4. Ability to identify and resolve issues throughout the product development lifecycle.
5. Ability to generate innovative product ideas and solutions.
6. Graduate of Bachelors Degree.
