What you'll be doing- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer complaints and concerns, working to find effective solutions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the administration or sales industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
- Proficient in using computer systems and office software, including CRM tools
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
