Quality Assurance Associate (Cebu) | Up to 50k | Hybrid - Cebu
Working under clearly defined procedures and close supervision, the associate plays a key role in maintaining compliance and supporting continuous improvement efforts across operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine quality checks on services, products, or processes to ensure compliance with defined standards and procedures.
- Conduct audits and identify errors or inconsistencies in quality plans, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Support the implementation of quality control initiatives across operational teams.
- Accurately document audit results and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure understanding and adherence to quality guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining and updating quality documentation and work instructions.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in medical bill review, with direct experience in a workers’ compensation setting required.
- At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance or audit-related position.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing practices, workers’ compensation fee schedules, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage team performance, resolve operational issues, and drive efficiency.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in bill review platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
