Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor stock levels, assist in receiving shipments, and perform regular physical counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Generate sales invoices & delivery orders. Ensure all billing data matches the physical goods being moved.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and general office tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.
  • Act as the essential bridge between the Sales and Admin teams; you will coordinate client requirements and order statuses to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery to customers.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for management
  • Support office operations as needed
Qualifications
  • Open to all graduates; a degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
  • Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. (0–1 year of experience).
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel and a willingness to learn our invoicing/inventory software.
  • Strong attention to detail (crucial for invoicing) and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
