Known as Junior IT and Data Support Staff
  • Provide IT support to employees in a timely and effective manner
  • Install and configure software, hardware, and network
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Manage Microsoft 365 Apps, Admin for Microsoft, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
  • Manage and maintain the organization's Computer Network (LAN, WAN, and VPN)
  • Provide technical support for the client and internal staff of the company
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems, network devices, and other company assets
  • Analyze log files, investigate, correct and record errors that are discovered
  • Document features, technical specifications, and infrastructure requirements for job processes
  • Monitor industry trends, technologies, and standards
  • Analyzing existing computer systems and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
  • Developing and overseeing the installation of systems, which include software and hardware.
  • Performing tests and troubleshooting, as well as quality assurance.
  • Onboard and offboard new staff members whilst maintaining company asset register.
  • Commit to completing training courses and passing exams for each training.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN)
  • Experience in hardware and software installation/configuration
  • Experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management
  • Experience in Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune)
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data protection
  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Good communication and customer support skills
