Senior Sales Engineer - Technical Sales (Calibration Services)

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets for calibration and technical services
• Promote and explain calibration services, technical capabilities, and company programs to clients
• Conduct technical sales presentations and service briefings to prospective clients
• Prepare quotations, recommend pricing schedules, and support negotiations and promotions
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with clients
• Coordinate sales efforts with technical teams
• Visit clients and prospective customers to assess technical requirements and service needs
• Prepare and submit sales contracts, service orders, and related documentation
• Obtain required balance payments from clients in accordance with company policies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales records
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports
• Respond to client inquiries regarding service scope, pricing, credit terms, and availability

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field)
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years experience in technical sales, calibration services, or laboratory services
• Skills: Strong technical understanding, negotiation skills, and presentation abilities
• Other Requirements: Willing to conduct fieldwork and client visits; customer-focused and results-oriented (Office-based with regular client site visits)
