Machine Operator / Operator Technician

This position is responsible for and knowledgeable in operating, maintaining, cleaning, (assembling and disassembling), aligning, adjusting and safekeeping of any casepacking equipment and its auxiliary parts, i.e. xray, palletizer, aligned with the Autonomous Maintenance plan.

Job Description:

HSE

100 % compliance with all safety rules. Continuously identifies safety risks by reporting all observed incidents. Participates in the identification of safety improvements during safety programs and even during everyday work.

QUALITY

Ensures processing and sanitation adherence to quality and regulatory requirements through existing quality guidelines and IL6S methodologies.

Executes required autonomous and progressive maintenance programs based on plan.

COOKING

Ensures on-time operation of the machine; which requires full compliance to work, reporting, cleaning, and safekeeping schedules.

Qualifications:

1. At least taken a 2-year Engineering course or a graduated from vocational school or its equivalent. Can do simple mathematical calculations and is computer literate
2. Operator certification, GMP Training, Sanitation, and Safety Training
3. LOTO, Spill control, and fire brigade training
4. Basic HACCP, CBT, and basic computer skills
