Job Overview:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the execution of end-to-end digital marketing activities, including paid media (assisting with Google Ads and leading Meta Ads), visual content creation, analytics setup and management (GA4 and GTM), and organic social media management.

The right candidate is organized, proactive, and intellectually sharp, someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do, brings fresh ideas to every strategy session, and takes genuine pride in the cleanliness of their reports, the quality of their creative assets, and the accuracy of their data.

Australian market knowledge is not required; full training and brand orientation will be provided.

What does a typical day look like?
  • Support Google Ads efforts by assisting with strategy discussions, monitoring performance, implementing optimizations, maintaining account health, and preparing regular reports.
  • Fully manage Meta Ads campaigns—planning, launching, optimizing, testing creatives, and handling budgets to drive lead generation.
  • Oversee analytics setup and accuracy using GA4 and GTM, including tracking, reporting dashboards, and data quality checks.
  • Create and design digital content (ads, social posts, banners) using tools like Canva and Adobe, and repurpose raw materials into polished assets.
  • Manage organic social media—plan content calendars, post regularly, engage with audiences, and support blog/website updates.
  • Support franchise marketing by preparing localized campaigns and ensuring assets are ready for new and existing locations.
  • Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles to improve local visibility and manage review generation.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with brand standards, quality guidelines, and data privacy requirements.
What qualities are we seeking?
  • 2–4 years hands-on experience in Meta Ads (B2C lead generation campaigns)
  • Above-basic working knowledge of Google Ads (performance analysis and optimization support)
  • Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking and reporting
  • Ability to independently create marketing creatives using Canva (no reliance on a designer)
  • Experience handling multi-channel digital marketing (paid ads + social + content execution)
  • Strong ability to manage reporting cadence (daily, weekly, monthly) with structured outputs
