This executive role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing fleet performance, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve company goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a passion for innovation in transportation logistics.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all trucking operations, including dispatch, safety, maintenance, and customer service.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee fleet management, route optimization, and equipment utilization to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations managers, dispatchers, and support staff.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term planning, budgeting, and business development initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas.
• Monitor KPIs and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and customer service excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
• Oversee BPO operations and ensure seamless integration with internal processes.
• Scale staff effectively to meet operational demands and growth targets.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all operational staff.
• Manage HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Oversee budget management and financial planning for Cebu Office.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in trucking or transportation operations.
• Proven track record of managing large fleets and multi-site operations.
• Deep understanding of DOT, FMCSA, and industry compliance standards.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS), fleet tracking, and analytics tools.
• Experience with platforms such as McLeod, Motive, and Idelic is a plus.
