About the role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic customer service team in Bacoor City Cavite. As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and supporting a team of customer service agents, ensuring they provide exceptional service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing
  1. Manage and motivate a team of customer service agents, providing coaching, feedback and training to help them deliver outstanding service
  2. Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
  3. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and communicate these effectively to your team
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies, procedures and best practices
  5. Contribute to the overall success of the customer service department by identifying and addressing any issues or challenges
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
  7. Provide regular reports and updates on team performance and customer feedback
What we're looking for
  1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service team leader or supervisory role, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage, motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
  4. Proficient in using customer service software and tools, with the ability to analyse data and generate reports
  5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and enhancing team performance
