Sales & Operations Coordinator (Remote)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales & Operations Coordinator to support both sales processes and day-to-day operational workflows. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, customers, and leadership while maintaining accurate reporting, scheduling, CRM management, and operational execution.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable handling multiple priorities, and experienced in supporting fast-paced teams across operations and sales functions.
What You'll Do- Coordinate daily operational and administrative tasks across teams
- Support sales processes including lead tracking, CRM updates, pipeline management, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer, sales, and operational records
- Generate reports, dashboards, and performance tracking summaries
- Assist with scheduling, task coordination, and workflow management
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Handle escalations, operational issues, and follow-through on action items
- Monitor KPIs and identify areas for process improvement
- Assist with onboarding, documentation, and SOP management
- Ensure operational accuracy and timely completion of tasks
- 3+ years of experience in Operations, Sales Operations, Operations Coordination, Administrative Support, or related roles
- Experience supporting both operational and sales-related workflows
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and reporting tools
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities and cross-functional coordination
- Experience supporting US-based clients or remote teams
- Experience in logistics, staffing, BPO, SaaS, or service-based industries
- Familiarity with KPI tracking, reporting, and workflow automation
- Experience with Slack, Asana, ClickUp, or project management tools
