Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

As a Warehouse Supervisor based in San Simon Pampanga. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in overseeing the efficient and organized operations of our state-of-the-art warehouse facilities. Your expertise in warehousing, storage and distribution will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials to serve our valued clients.

1. Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of goods
2. Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and systems to maximize productivity and inventory accuracy
3. Monitor stock levels and identify opportunities for improvement to minimize waste and delays
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
5. Provide training and mentorship to warehouse staff to develop their skills and capabilities
6. Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse operations with the company's overall business objectives
7. Maintain accurate records and generate reports to support business decision-making

1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry
2. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
3. Proficient in warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team
5. Thorough understanding of warehousing best practices, including storage, picking, packing and dispatch
6. Working knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
7. Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for process improvement
