Receive, inspect, and verify the quantity and quality of delivered materials and supplies.
- Properly store materials in designated areas, ensuring safe, accessible, and orderly storage.
- Encode and update inventory records in the warehouse management system or SAP, as applicable.
- Process and prepare materials for issuance based on approved MRIS or project requirements.
- Assist in conducting periodic inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation of physical stocks vs. records.
- Tag and label items accurately for tracking and retrieval purposes.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of low or critical inventory.
- Assist in the preparation of delivery documents, dispatching, and coordination with logistics teams.
- Investigate and report any discrepancies in deliveries, damaged items, or missing stocks.
- Organize and file warehouse documents, receipts, and reports for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with project engineers, procurement, and other departments regarding material requirements.
- Perform other warehouse or administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor or warehouse-in-charge.
