Sales Support and Order Fulfillment Supervisor

Job Summary:

This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the sales support and order fulfillment team.
• Oversee the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with sales, inventory, and logistics teams to align orders with stock availability.
• Monitor and resolve order discrepancies, backorders, or customer issues promptly.
• Maintain and optimize order management systems and documentation.
• Track key metrics related to order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in order handling.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, order fulfillment, or customer service supervision.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in using Google Workspace (G Suite) applications, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Forms.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in Makati.
