We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate who will handle vendor payments, invoice processing, and account reconciliations with accuracy and efficiency. This role is key in ensuring smooth financial operations and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers.

What You’ll Do:

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and process payments (checks, fund transfers, etc.) according to payment schedules.
• Match invoices with purchase orders, receipts, and other supporting documents.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with the procurement and finance teams to ensure smooth payment processing.
• Monitor vendor accounts to ensure timely payments and avoid penalties.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of 4-year course in Accounting, Finance, or related fields preferred
• At least 1+ year of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or related roles.Basic knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (experience with SAP systems is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for vendor coordination.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
