Who are we looking for:

As a Senior Logistics Assistant, you are expected to be responsible for seamless communication and operational efficiency between the Distribution Center and Alfamart Stores. Your responsibilities include:

Responding promptly to store inquiries, addressing concerns, and gathering valuable feedback to improve operations.
Maintaining consistent communication and fostering strong relationships between Distribution Center Operations and store teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Assisting the Distribution Center in meeting its operational goals and objectives by providing logistical and administrative support where needed.

What does it take to be part of the team?

Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
With at least 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain.
Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Communication, coordination and people handling skills.
Ability to strictly promote and implement company policies and procedures within department.
Willing to work at our Alfamart Distribution Center located in Block 9, Sampaloc, Barangay Sto. Cristo, Sariaya, Quezon
