We are expanding our Spanish-English Bilingual Operations Team and are looking for talented professionals across multiple levels—from frontline Phone Ordering Agents to Senior SME Support and TL & QA professionals.

1. Spanish-English Bilingual Phone Ordering Agent

• Handle inbound phone ordering calls in Spanish and English.
• Assist customers with placing food orders accurately and efficiently.
• Capture menu selections, modifiers, toppings, special instructions, and pickup times.
• Enter and process orders following restaurant-specific guidelines.
• Confirm orders with customers before submission.
• Escalate customer concerns and system-related issues when necessary.

1. Acting SME / Senior Bilingual Agent

• Handle customer interactions while providing real-time support to agents.
• Assist with complex order handling, menu rule clarifications, and escalations.
• Support coaching, mentoring, and onboarding activities.
• Help improve knowledge resources, processes, and quality initiatives.
• Partner with Team Leaders in driving operational excellence.

1. Spanish TL & QA Support

• Conduct quality audits and evaluations of Spanish and English calls.
• Monitor order accuracy, customer experience, and compliance standards.
• Identify quality gaps and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in calibration sessions and coaching initiatives.
• Prepare quality reports and support continuous improvement programs.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and performance evaluations.

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on rotating evening and night shifts.

Preferred Experience by Level:

• Customer service, hospitality, food service, or call center experience is an advantage.

• At least 1–2 years of bilingual customer service, support, or leadership experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Team Leadership, Training, or Bilingual Customer Support.
