Senior Financial Analyst - Manila

• Develop and monitor detailed project budgets, analyze cost variances, and implement cost control measures to forecast performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Create and maintain financial models for project feasibility, including cash flow projections, sales projections and investment returns.
• Preparing accurate and timely financial reports for management and provide recommendations for improving project profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Accounting Technology, or a related field.
• Professional certification (Certified Public Accountant) is an advantage.
• With extensive years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Strong financial modeling with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Can perform tasks with utmost integrity and honesty.
