Job Summary

The Account Manager oversees client accounts for Employer of Record (EOR) services, ensuring seamless delivery across employee lifecycle processes, payroll, compliance, and client satisfaction. This role acts as the main point of contact for clients, managing both day- to-day operations and strategic account growth.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in HR outsourcing or EOR services.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client business needs and advise on EOR solutions and best practices.
Account Oversight & Service Delivery
  • Oversee the delivery of EOR services, including onboarding, payroll, benefits
administration, compliance, and offboarding.
  • Ensure all client and employee data are accurately maintained and compliant with
local labor laws.
  • Monitor SLA adherence and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Manage and mentor Account Coordinators or other support staff assigned to the
account.
  • Coordinate internal teams (HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal) to ensure smooth service
delivery.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet client needs and account objectives.
Reporting & Strategic Insights
  • Prepare regular account reports and updates for clients and internal management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Support contract renewals, upselling, and account growth initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, HR outsourcing, payroll, or EOR
services.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, labor law compliance, and EOR
operations.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize competing tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS, payroll, or EOR platforms is a plus.
Preferred Skills
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to recommend solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Leadership experience, capable of mentoring junior team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and manage multiple

priorities.
