About the role

SLS Bearings Corporation is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Parañaque City, Metro Manila. As a Sales Engineer you will play an important role in driving sales and revenue growth for our leading bearings manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies by reviewing territory landscape, customer demand, and market opportunities
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while contributing to overall business growth
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Conduct regular customer visits to build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to help customers select appropriate solutions
  • Prepare, present, and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with Customer Service and Pricing teams
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, client events, and industry conferences
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer data, interactions, sales pipeline, and technical concerns
  • Prepare and present sales reports, performance analyses, and realistic forecasts to management
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and market conditions to support sales strategy and product improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical sales practices
  • Participate in trainings and continuous learning to stay updated on products, industry developments, and sales techniques
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve products and services
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer is preferable
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience serving heavy industries (mining, cement, power plant)
  • Strong interest in mechanical components or industrial products; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to support sales discussions and negotiations professionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reports, presentations, and sales documentation
  • Self-motivated, quick to learn, and eager to grow in a sales-driven environment
  • Willing to travel as required and must possess a valid driver’s license
