Computer aided design (cad) operator

Job Description

• Produces clear and acurate drawings such as body plans, shop drawings, revisions, as-built plans and any other drawings needed by the project.
• Coordinate with MEPFS/ Other trades for consolidation with structural, architectural to eliminate clashes or discrepancies.
• Reviews and familiarizes himself/herself with the issued drawings.
• Organizes files (hardcopy and softcopy) including for Construction Drawings (FCD), Request for Information (RFI), Submittals, e-mail correspondence and other drawings / documents that is essential to the project.
• Ensures that the drawings generated are done with the quality, with accordance to the latest for Construction Drawing and Technical Specifications and verified with the actual site conditions.
• Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.

• Graduate of Architecture or Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Sanitary Engineering Course.
• Preferably 1-2 years experience as CADD Operator in any related field work.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, SKP, 3D Visualization, (Revit / BIM (optional) ) and manual drafting.
• Proficient in the use of various Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power Pont), Adobe Photoshop and other programs to aide in the production of drawings.
