Qualifications:

• Must be a College Graduate or Associate/Vocational (2-year course) Graduate
• At least 6 months of any work experience or BPO experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and messaging platforms
• Assist customers with concerns, questions, and basic troubleshooting
• Provide accurate, clear, and helpful responses
• Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction
• Document customer interactions and updates in the system
