Providing technical, mechanical, and electrical support to the Fleet Management to ensure the efficient operation of all fleet vehicles and equipment. This role is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance to keep vehicles in safe and reliable working condition.The Mechanic ensures that all equipment meets safety standards and operational requirements. Additionally, the position maintains accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle services, repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities to support compliance, performance tracking, and fleet management planning.
Qualifications/Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent; Technical/Vocational certification in Automotive Technology, Diesel Mechanics, or related field preferred.
- Has relevant certifications (e.g., TESDA Automotive Servicing NCII) has an advantage
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a mechanic, preferably in a logistics, fleet, or transportation environment.
- Experience working with heavy-duty vehicles, including heavy equipment trucks
- Proven experience in preventive maintenance programs and fleet repair management.
- Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or shifting schedules as required by operations.
