The role will focus on managing our online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), creating engaging content, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, digital marketing, and e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities- Product Management & Encoding
- Upload and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing across e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate product information.
- Content Creation & Marketing
- Develop creative content (graphics, captions, TikTok videos) to promote products.
- Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, promotions, and livestreams.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain brand consistency across platforms.
- Customer Service & Engagement
- Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with online communities and buyers.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track sales performance, campaign results, and customer trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve online sales strategies.
