Chief People Officer (CPO)
Role Overview
The Chief People Officer serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and driving the organization’s people strategy in alignment with its long-term vision and institutional goals. Reporting directly to the President and Dean, this role provides strategic direction, thought leadership, and hands-on execution across all facets of human resources.
Key Responsibilities- Define and lead the overall people strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and growth objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the President and Dean on all matters related to talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness
- Provide strategic oversight and direct involvement in core HR functions, including Organizational Development, Change Management, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development
- Champion a high-performance culture by driving leadership development, succession planning, and workforce capability building
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring effective change adoption and sustainable impact
- Design and implement competitive and forward-thinking total rewards strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent
- Establish clear people-related goals, metrics, and governance frameworks to measure success and accountability
- Inspire and lead the HR function with strong executive presence, fostering credibility and influence across all levels of the organization
- Proven track record in a senior leadership capacity (Director-level or C-suite), with full-spectrum HR leadership experience
- Demonstrated expertise in strategy formulation and hands-on execution across Organizational Development, Change Management, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development
- Strong leadership gravitas with a charismatic, influential, and highly credible executive presence
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at the highest levels
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is required
- 100% onsite, based in Makati City
