Restaurant Shift Manager

Paris Baguette, a Korean brand is in need of Restaurant Shift Managers to be assigned in NAIA Terminal 3 and our soon to open NAIA Terminal 2 and Glorietta Branch. Be part of our growing Team!

Responsibilities:

• Assigning team members with tasks to be completed each shift
• Setting performance metrics for team members and work with team members to ensure all metrics are met
• Properly resolving problems and troubleshooting issues as they arise without the direction of management
• Managing multiple projects as well as staff members
• Reporting to the Assistant or Store Manager and meeting with management to review goals and metrics
• Maintaining a work environment that meets company, health, safety and employment guidelines
• Ensure that enough staff members are present for the shift.
• Balance the cash register at the end of the shift
• Monitor inventory levels.

Requirements:

• A degree in business management, restaurant management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working in a restaurant, preferably in a managerial position.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Natural leadership abilities.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
