WAREHOUSE INVENTORY

Location: Pandacan Manila

Job Summary:

This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, count, and record incoming stock and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory through physical counts and computerized systems.
• Organize and maintain warehouse space, ensuring products are properly stored and easily accessible.
• Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and order picking when required.
• Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely restocking of inventory.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners (training provided if necessary).
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Prepare inventory reports and assist in audits as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; experience with inventory management software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move items up to [weight] lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
