DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Project Management Specialist is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of projects by providing administrative, logistical, and technical assistance to the project team.

Attendance Monitoring

⮚ Record employees’ clock-in and clock-out times.
⮚ Monitor and manage attendance records and absences.
⮚ Ensure that time records are accurate and up-to-date.

Daily Time Recording

⮚ Prepare and submit daily time records of every employee for payroll processing.
⮚ Verify that reported hours align with scheduled shifts and work performed.

Compliance

⮚ Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies regarding working hours, breaks, and overtime.
⮚ Maintain accurate records for legal and auditing purposes.

System Management

⮚ Ensures that company-implemented software has been used.
⮚ Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with timekeeping equipment or software.

Communication:

⮚ Communicate with employees and management regarding the company policies and procedures

Receiving, Storing, and Organizing

⮚ Inspection: Inspect incoming materials for accuracy, quality, and damage.

⮚ Inventory Management: Place materials in appropriate storage locations and ensure they are organized for easy access.
⮚ Labeling: Label items and shelves as necessary to facilitate efficient retrieval and inventory management.

Inventory Management

⮚ Stock Organization: Organize and store products in designated locations to optimize space and ensure easy access

⮚ Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels and locations. Use inventory management systems to track movements.

Warehouse Maintenance

⮚ Cleaning: Keep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Documentation and Reporting

⮚ Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of material receiving and withdrawal.

⮚ Reporting: Report any discrepancies, damage, or issues related to inventory and warehouse operations

Other tasks assigned by Project Engineer.
