The Research Associate plays a critical role in supporting the company’s strategic growth initiatives by conducting research, synthesizing insights, and identifying opportunities in the pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape.

The Research Associate must be able to creatively track down answers to complex business questions, break them into smaller components, and deliver actionable insights to guide decision-making.

• Conduct market, industry, policy, and competitive research to support

• Conduct corporate and business research to support strategic initiatives and

• Identify, evaluate, and summarize trends in healthcare, pharmaceutical

• Compile and analyze data from internal systems and external sources to assess

• Search and assess credibility of information from multiple sources including

• Track down and synthesize information from diverse online and offline sources

• Break large, complex questions into smaller, researchable components and

• Research individuals, companies, and organizations relevant to the company’s

• Compile and analyze data from internal systems and external sources to assess

• Develop and deliver both short-form and long-form written reports summarizing

• Work on research requests assigned by the Research Manager, providing timely

• Communicate findings clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders through

• Participate in meetings to help define project scope, support stakeholder

• Monitor and maintain research databases, intelligence tools, and relevant

• Contribute to Phase Zero and early-stage project evaluations through

• Participate in brainstorming sessions, working groups, and project updates.
• Support the creation of research reports, executive summaries, and

• Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, Business, Public Health, Life Sciences,

• Experience supporting research, strategic planning, business development, or

• Proven experience in corporate or business research, including strategic

• Demonstrated ability to assess the credibility of multiple information

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities in

• Strong investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to

• Written and spoken Business English with strong verbal and visual

• Highly resourceful and creative mindset, able to brainstorm and iterate

• Comfortable in fast-paced environments, available and engaged to respond to

• Growth mindset, willingness to continue to learn new industries and areas and

• Familiarity with spreadsheets and word processing software.
